As a lifelong resident of Lake County, I've watched the area develop. I'm well aware of the attributes of communities within and surrounding the county. After completing military service, graduating from Lakeland Community College and Kent State University, I returned to northeastern Ohio. I learned even more about the area as reporter for the Lake County News-Herald followed by 26 years of writing about various aspects the construction industry, including heating and air conditioning for several trade magazines.

After completing Ohio's 160 hours of licensing and post licensing eductional requirements and joining Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty, In order to serve my clients better, I've continued my real estate education by attending seminars on financing, title concerns, subdivisions, HUD foreclosure sales, creditor's rights in real estate, and various sales and marketing programs. Those studies included the course of study and examination required to achieve the professional Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
