Photos are very important, aren't they to you when you're looking to buy something off the internet?  Staging your home for the best photo shots is very critical and it takes time and effort on the Realtor to make your home look its best.  Once the potential buyer looks at the home on the internet, they know if it is worth a second look in person. Time is precious to the buyers, sellers and Realtors - it can't be wasted looking at homes that don't meet or exceed your wants and needs.  So when thinking of listing your home, view listings of other agents on line, see who does the best job in presenting the home.  All agencies can show your home with marketing but it's the agent that puts the effort into the package, that gets the written purchase agreement.  It is your job to find the Realtor that you can trust to handle your most precious possession.
