Welcome to my website

I have been in the real estate business for over 35 years. I am a licensed broker, GRI (graduate realtor institute) and a GSA (graduate senior appraiser). I am a past president of the Portage County Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year twice. Mega-million dollar award winner with Coldwell Banker, receipient of the Ohio Association of Realtor's Presidents's Club and Gold level Professional of the year club Portage County Association of Realtors. I am currently the chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. I do estate appraisals and court ordered appraisals. Short sales and Bank Owned properties have become part of my resume for the last few years. I love my job, and look forward to meeting new people and seeing old friends.

I am certified by the Ohio Division of Real Estate to teach Continuing Education classes, I currently teach Ethics and core law.

Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty has 18 offices serving Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, and Wayne Counties. We have more than 425 professionally trained Sales Associates.

As the manager of the Streetsboro office, I am available as a partner to assist you in advancing your career. Our office is a small "family stlye" environment. We currently have 16 sales professionals. We service Southeast Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage, Summit and Stark counties.



My expertise is in farm land, land development, and country properties.  I'm familiar with septic systems, CAUV (real estate tax credit for agriculture purposes), oil well easements, and gas and oil leases.

Personal Interests

We have seven grandchildren. We enjoy doing things with them.   We have traveled all over the United States.  I recently went to Europe for 3 weeks with my oldest daughter.  That was a trip of a lifetime.  I enjoy my career.  Real Estate sales has been very good to me, and I think I have the best job in the world.  It has afforded me the ability to meet  people in all walks of life and make friends everywhere.

Thank you for visiting my web site.  I've been an agent for over 35 years here in Portage County.  I live in the country and deal mostly in country properties on acreage, however I can and do work in suburban areas as well. Real Estate has not only been my vocation it is also my passion.

Personal Background

My husband Stan, and I own and operate a grain farm in Northern Portage County.  We've been here for over 45 years, we raised our 4 children and now enjoy our 7 grandchildren. We love to travel, and now take our grandchildren.  We travel by car, motorhome, motorcycle,  helicopter and airplane.  We've been in all 50 states and plan to visit all the National Parks.

1985 - became a manager

1987 - acquired my GSA (graduate senior appraiser)

1988 - awarded the Realtor of the Year from the Portage County Association of Realtors

1991 - again awarded the Realtor of the Year from the Portage County Association of Realtors 1992 - 1997  owned my own company

2001 - became affialated with Coldwell Banker Hunter as manager, associate broker and salesperson

2001 - 2015 listing and selling real estate as a full time agent and broker/manager
